What you need to do:

• Sign up as soon as possible to avoid disappointment
• Get in shape
• Reach your sponsorship target through fun and innovative fundraising activities
• Provide a cycle helmet
• Be responsible for your own passports, visas and visa costs and vaccinations.

What we do for you if you decide to sign up:

• Provide you with a full confirmation pack giving you all the information you need
• Send you a suggested training plan to help you prepare for the trip and be on hand to help you with any training advice
• Suggest fundraising ideas and make ourselves available to help you with more ideas
• Arrange a pre-event gathering so you can meet your fellow cyclists on the trip and swap fundraising and training ideas

What the sponsorship target includes:

• Cost of the tour
• Donation to help Action Against Hunger’s programmes around the world (50%)
• Accommodation in 2-3 star hotels along the route
• Mechanics, guides, medical support and support vehicles for your luggage
• Return travel to London and any internal travel
• Water and refreshments on cycling days
• All food (excluding 3 meals)
• 23 gear bikes (but you must provide a cycle helmet)
