Hungryhouse Ltd.

HungerBowl Ltd.

Every time a takeaway order is placed on HungerBowl.com, a donation of 17p is made to Action Against Hunger. This donation of 17 pence can cover the cost of a child’s meal in some of the poorest countries of the world such as Malawi.  It means that while enjoying home delivered food, one will also have the satisfaction of knowing that as one eats, a hungry child can eat as well.

Akhilesh Sharma, Director & Founder of HungerBowl Ltd says, “We always had the intention of tying up with a charity which is fighting hunger. We liked the idea that someone ordering food for himself at HungerBowl.com would actually be ordering food for a hungry child as well. This gives our customers a convenient way to contribute towards reducing hunger in the world without actually paying any additional money. Even if we can prevent a single child going hungry, this will be a big step in a positive direction.
